About The Role


As a Junior Buyer, you will be a vital support to our purchasing operations, focusing on the essential administrative and logistical aspects of procurement. Your precision and communication skills will be key to maintaining efficient inventory and strong supplier relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for accuracy
  • Manage and update product and vendor data
  • Proactively track the progress of orders from placement to delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and timely delivery of products
  • Assist with identifying potential suppliers and vendors
  • Liaise with local and international suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and clear communication


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • Knowledge or exposure to the board gaming industry - A genuine interest and understanding of the board game landscape.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong and professional communicator
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency is SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
